How to use the Instagram Photo Downloader
- Open the photo post Open the public Instagram post that contains the photo or carousel you are allowed to save.
- Copy the post link Use Share and Copy link. Copy the post URL, not a profile, explore page or image CDN address.
- Paste and find images Paste the URL above and select Find Media. Wait for the available image previews to appear.
- Download the right image Check the preview and use Download Photo for each image you want to save.
Common reasons a link may not work
A profile URL does not identify a specific photo. Open the individual post and copy that post’s link.
Private, deleted, age-restricted or region-restricted posts may not be accessible to the downloader.
Some source responses expose only part of a carousel. Try the original post link again rather than an image address.
If your browser previews the image, use its save or download control to store the file locally.

Can I download every photo in an Instagram carousel?
When the public post response includes multiple image items, InstaSnap lists them separately. Availability depends on what the supported source returns.
Can this tool access private Instagram photos?
No. InstaSnap does not sign in to Instagram or bypass private-account controls.
Does downloading change the original post?
No. Downloading an available file to your device does not edit or remove the Instagram post.
May I reuse someone else’s photo?
